Once you have booked your travel package, you are deemed to have read the terms and conditions associated with your travel. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using your tour package. We reserve the right to change/modify any policy at any time and on a case-by-case basis.

Prices and Rates

Our policy is a guarantee of regulatory assessments, as well as a guarantee of accommodation and booking collection points on the web. The tour package quotes on our website are per person/per adult. These rates do not include any type of crew/staff and driver gratuities. Rates mentioned on our website are subject to change without notice. This increase or decrease will only be made if the price of fuel, labor, lodging, or any transportation rate is affordable.

Payment method

When receiving payment, the customer must pay in full in cash. Customers can also use bank deposits or bank transfers. ATM and Credit Card are also acceptable.

Confirmation of the tour

Our travel staff will contact you via a confirmation email when you book with us. Please follow the plan provided to you as our staff will provide the best game plan according to the season.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• In case of cancellation, charges may apply.
• No fee will be charged if the schedule changes or is reviewed before 48 hours.
• If the tour is changed or canceled within 48 hours. And 24 hours, 50% of the fee will be discounted.
• If the trip is changed, modified, or canceled within 24 hours. 100% of the fee will be deducted. And no cash will be refunded.

• In case of absence, if you do not take the tour, all discounts offered will result in cancellation and cannot be used next time. The same policy will apply to unused desert tours, sightseeing tours, and dhow tours.
• Any rescheduling will be deemed your confirmation of your visit.

Terminations of the Tour 

Schedules, prices, itineraries, and information posted here are tentatively correct but are subject to change without notice.

Our opening hours and some of our tours and hunting itineraries may change during the holy month of Ramadan, summer months, or due to force majeure.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel any tour or change any part of the tour without notice.

The full price of any event shall be due and paid at the time of booking, and we may cancel any booking if the full price of the event is not paid to us at least two (2) days before the commencement of such event. No refunds will be given for reservations canceled within twenty-four (24) hours before the event. Failure to arrive at the designated activity location at the designated departure time will be considered a cancellation.

We may, in our sole discretion, cancel, modify or delete any part of any event that has been booked, with or without prior notice. In particular, due to the nature of many events, delays and cancellations may occur due to factors beyond our control or those beyond our or our suppliers' control, such as weather, accidents, illnesses, government restrictions, and other forces Majeure events. In such an event, we may, at our sole discretion and/or the sole discretion of the relevant activity provider, grant a full or partial refund.

Change of itinerary

Address lookups and safety instructions in packages are subject to change based on weather/community conditions, road direction plans, and other relevant circumstances. If there is any ambiguity, you can contact management directly to provide you with the best option based on availability. Desert Safari Dubai reserves all rights to make minor changes/adjustments to the itinerary as necessary without refund. Also, in the event of a natural disaster such as a flood or earthquake, no compensation will be paid.

Travel Insurance

Desert Safari Dubai is not responsible for any incident or damage caused by accident, illness, damage or loss of personal property, or even cancellation of the tour. Travelers are strongly advised to deal with the unexpected through a travel protection policy.

Travel documents

Visitors are responsible for their travel documents; visitors should always have important documents with them to prove their identity. Recommended for tourists from abroad. There will be no discounts in the event of a disaster or lack of these proper records. Likewise, travelers who are nationals must also bring their documents and have them verified from their respective offices.
