What includes in the Camel Ride cost?

So you're here to ride a camel across the desert dunes in the most royal way possible. Here are some rules you need to follow:

Shared travel to and from hotels in Dubai. Private transfers are available on request with extra charge.
At least two people are required for this camel ride activity.
Full camel ride with photo stops and drinks. However, private camel rides are also available.
Ride times may vary depending on which tour you pick.
Enjoy a camel ride from 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the options you want to book through us
Sandboarding is optional. It can only be arranged upon request if any.
Quad bikes are also optional. It also depends on availability and demand.

Important information

There are a few important things to consider before taking a tour. Here they come:

This tour is not recommended for guests with back pain and pregnant women.
This activity is not covered by any insurance policy.
In the case of private transfers, they are at an extra charge.
You cannot order transfers from the airport. Pick up is only from your accommodation or hotel in central Dubai for this tour.
Pickup from other locations (except hotels or residences in Dubai) will incur additional charges if required.
Transfers are available from all central locations in Dubai such as Deira, Sheikh Zayed, and Bur Dubai to Marina.
Round-trip hotel transfers are of 30 to60 minutes. It depends on traffic conditions and the location of the hotel.

You must book your Camel ride tour at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour. Please use the booking form or contact me via Whatsapp for more information.
All prices are per person only.
To cancel your booking, please notify at least 24 hours before. Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice is not possible and no refund will be given.
If you want to reschedule or modify your trip, you must do so 12 hours before your trip. No fee will be deducted. Travel dates must be rescheduled in the same year of travel.
Suitable for all ages.
Pregnant women, the elderly, or those with heart or back problems are advised not to take part in an adventure such as a mountain safari.
There is no charge for children under 3 years old, adults from 3 years old are charged.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Covid-19 measures

Although covid is apparently over, we still have precautionary measures. Full recognition by our society of community regulations and positive advice on certification and safety to avoid the spread of Covid-19 contamination.

Dress Code

Summer: Light comfortable cloths are recommended.
Winter: Light Warm cloths are recommended.

Cancellation Policy

Before considering a camel ride in the desert, your booking policy must be considered. Please read the following information to fully understand it.

Cancellations up to 12 hours before the tour start and departure time will not be charged.
If you cancel 12 hours before the tour departure, you must pay 100% of the fee.
If you are eligible for a refund, your bank account will be refunded within a week.
The ticketing policy states that once a ticket is issued through the system, no further order cancellations can be made.
Children's policy states that children under the age of 3 can travel for free.
Children above the ages of 3 are considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.

Seating Policy

We hold the rights on allocation of seating as per availability.
All the shared transfers are managed on SIC / Sharing with other Tourist unless requested and confirmed for the premium services.

Insurance Coverage

Cautiously, we don't recommend pregnant women, with back pain, neck pain, major surgery, or children under 3 years old to All our vehicles are fully Insured to include passengers in the rare event of an accident.

Precaution Measures

This exercise is not recommended for people with back, neck, or heart problems and pregnant women. Children under the age of 3 cannot visit.
