The Sheikh Zayed Festival City is located in Al Wathba Abu Dhabi. It is approximately 40 kilometers (25 miles) east of Abu Dhabi city center which makes it easily accessible from different parts of the emirate.

How to Get to Sheikh Zayed Festival City:

·         By Car: From Abu Dhabi City you should take Sheikh Zayed Road (E10) or Al Ain Road (E22) and follow the signs to Al Wathba. The drive takes around 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. If you are coming from Dubai you should take E11 (Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road) toward Abu Dhabi and then connect to E20 or E22 toward Al Wathba. This journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Free and paid parking is available at the festival site.

·         By Public Transport: If you want to come through public transport then note that buses operate from central Abu Dhabi to Al Wathba with stops near the festival. However sometime public transport may have limited availability, so it is best to check the Abu Dhabi bus schedule in advance.

·         By Taxi or Ride Sharing: Taxis are available from Abu Dhabi and Dubai and you can also book through ride hailing services like Careem and Uber. A taxi ride from Abu Dhabi city center to the festival costs approximately AED 60 to 100 depending on the location. This is the best option to visit Shiekh Zayed Festival city.

·         From Abu Dhabi International Airport: The Shiekh Zayed festival city is about 30 to 35 minutes by car from Abu Dhabi Airport which makes it convenient for tourists arriving from international destinations.
