Dubai Autodrome
The Dubai Autodrome is a premier motorsport facility
located in Dubai land Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Since its inauguration in
2004 it has played a pivotal role in establishing the presence of UAE in the
global motorsport arena. In the early 2000s Union Properties envisioned to
create a state of the art motorsport facility to cater to enthusiasts and
professionals alike. The project was designed by Clive Bowen of Apex Circuit
Design aiming to host international events and nurture local talent through
comprehensive racing schools and driving experiences. Construction of the Dubai
Autodrome commenced in 2002 and the facility officially opening in October
2004. The inaugural event was the final round of the LG Super Racing Weekend
featuring prestigious races such as the FIA GT Championship, European Touring
Car Championship and the Formula Renault V6 Eurocup. The Autodrome was the
first operational component of the larger Dubai Motor City development which is
a mixed use complex combining residential, commercial and leisure facilities
centered around a motorsport theme. This integration aimed to create a holistic
environment for motorsport enthusiasts by providing both living spaces and
entertainment options.
The circuit spans 5.39 kilometers and was designed with
multiple configurations to accommodate various racing disciplines. It holds an
FIA Grade 1 license which indicate its capability to host top tier motorsport

24H-Specials like silhouette cars, TCR Touring Cars, TCX cars and TC cars. The
2023–24 Middle East Trophy was presented by Creventic, included the Dubai 24
Hour as its season finale underscoring the event`s prominence in the endurance

Mans Series: The Asian Le Mans Series has incorporated the 4 Hours of Dubai
into its championship rounds bringing high profile endurance racing to the
Middle East. The 2024 edition held between 2 and 4 February 2024, was the third
round of the 2023-24 Asian Le Mans Series season featuring a competitive field
of prototypes and GT cars.

Trophy UAE: The inaugural season of the Formula Trophy UAE took place in
2024 with the Dubai Autodrome hosting the opening round on 30 November 2024.
